No.1 - The stock market began on the 17th of May 1792 by 24 stock brokers and merchants who signed the Buttonwood Agreement
No.2 - Edward A. Calahan invented the first stock ticker in 1867
No.3 - Many believed that New York was the first stock exchange in the United states but it was actually Philadelphia's stock exchange which was founded first in 1790.
No.4 - New York stock exchange started in 1817 which is when the NYS&EB was formed by brokers renting rooms at 40 Wall Street.
No.5 - In 1971 NASDAQ in Times Square was created which was the first electronic exchange market mainly trading OTC stock.
No.6 - The Philadelphia Stock Exchange was finally purchased by The NASDAQ for a massive $652,000,000 on 7th November 2007.
No.7 - NASDAQ is short for 'National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation'
Now a little bit about the Penny Stock market.
This is where i made a living and how I’m still able to make money today.
Penny stocks are much like the normal stock exchange only much less investment is needed to make big money back.
I started about 2 years ago, i wasn’t really getting anywhere in life, i hated my job and wanted to leave to make something of myself. This was never going to happen as I couldn’t afford to make any serious changes.
